OUR PASTOR
Pastor McVicker holds a Bachelor of Arts, from American Baptist College and Seminary in Nashville, Tennessee, majoring in Biblical and Theological Studies with a minor in Christian Education. He also holds a Master of Divinity, Trinity College and Seminary, Deerfield, Illinois 1992 (Studied) with an Annual Education Garnett-Nabrit Lecture Series, at American Baptist College and Seminary, in Nashville, Tennessee. Pastor’s Alternative for Teacher Certification 2000 present by The Christian Education Department of the Sunday School Publishing Board, National Baptist Convention USA, Inc.
Pastor Steven has been married to Mrs. Shawn R. McVicker for 20+ years and cherishes Shawn’s ministry work in the Mission Ministry, Scholarship Ministry and sings in Voices of Peace Choir.

Pastor Steven R. McVicker served the Lord for more than 40 years, including 33 years in the pastoral ministry. He accepted his calling to preach in (year) as a teenager and has experience in leadership, skilled in building Christian relationships with a teamwork approach in the ministry at all age levels in the church. Edifying the saints with a deeper understanding of God’s Word while educating the saints with training through Christian Education, Pastor McVicker believes in equipping the saints to share
a Christ centered message
and mission. His love for God has driven him to constantly strive for excellence in his relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ, while helping others be all they can be for Him through the power of
the Holy Spirit.
